Roles / Responsibilities:

  • Training - Optimizing - Creating Replicable Procedures

  • Maintaining our 5 STAR reputation

  • Event Overviews (Team Meetings)

​

  • KPI Tracking - During Events for all servers

​

  • Defining Your Position At Events

​

  • Team Coordination

​

  • Event Packaging

​

  • Production Strategy for day - of service

  • Event Set up

​

  • Maintaining our 5 STAR reputation

​

  • Know the menu! 

​

  • Smile

​

  • Maintaining cleanliness throughout the venues.

​

  • Cocktail Hour / Dinner Service

​

  • Event Break Down / Clean Up              (May include dishes)

Am I the right fit for this?

** Little experience is required to start!  Paid Video Training will walk you through all the systems and processes needed.  

** Once you have completed the Certified Front OF House Training, you will be granted access to your local Private Facebook Group Page where all events / details are shared with our staff.  

**  Events are posted up to 12 months in advance.  Servers can comment / post their availability at any time.  Final schedules will be released approximately 30 days prior to the event.  
 
** There is a 2 event "Training" period.  Average pay rate during this period is approximately $17.00 Per Hour.  Most weddings / events are between 7-8 hours long.  
 
** After "Training", you're pay rate is increased based on Scorecard details.  (More information on scorecards will be discussed during your interview.)
 
** 6 Month Raises (Based on scorecard review)
 
** Cash Bonuses ($125) per 4 consecutive events worked. (back to back)
 
** Double Raise Rate 2x Opportunities. 

** VIP Vacation to Cancun, Mexico with all inclusive amenities Paid in Full with 90% event attendance rate and 80%+ Scorecard
