For larger events, we provide full-service catering with setup and breakdown, including chafer rentals for any occasion. Our professional servers are always available for events of any size.
We can also supply everything you need, from elegant disposables, napkins, and serving ware to beverages and decorations. Our full-service catering options include buffet, plated dinners, or family-style meals, along with the option of ceramic dishware, glassware, and silverware.
Our services are available 7 days a week, catering to Bethlehem, Allentown, Emmaus, Northampton, Nazareth, Slatington, Palmerton, and beyond.

We started Modern Fusion Catering in 2015, and since then, we've grown tremendously, building strong relationships with vendors and receiving incredible support. In 2017, we were honored with the Lehigh Valley Best Wedding Caterer award by Happening Magazine, and in 2018, we won the Best Lehigh Valley Caterer award from Lehigh Valley Magazine. That same year, we claimed first place in the Top Chef Lehigh Valley competition. By 2019, we were voted Best of the Knot by real couples in both the Lehigh Valley and Philadelphia markets. We’ve kept the momentum going, winning Best of Weddings awards for 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023.
And now, we are thrilled to announce that we have been voted Best of The Knot Weddings 2024 and inducted into The Knot Wedding Pro Hall of Fame.
